Gladiator Systems Limited is seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Site Engineer / Installation Manager to join our growing team in Lagos, Nigeria. This pivotal role will involve overseeing and actively participating in the installation of our cutting-edge security doors and home surveillance systems at client sites. You will be instrumental in ensuring that all installations are executed to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety, contributing directly to our reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and actively participate in the installation of security doors, access control systems, and home surveillance equipment at various project sites.
* Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine installation requirements, material needs, and potential challenges.
* Develop and manage installation schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects within allocated budgets.
* Lead and mentor installation teams, providing clear direction, technical guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and company protocols during installation processes.
* Conduct quality control checks to verify the integrity and functionality of all installed systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges encountered during installations.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, including site reports, material logs, and completion certificates.
* Liaise with clients to provide updates on installation progress and address any concerns.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in site supervision, project management, or installation of security systems, construction materials, or similar technical equipment.
* Strong understanding of installation methodologies, tools, and best practices for security doors and electronic surveillance systems.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and interact with clients.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
* Proficiency in problem-solving and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving site-specific issues.
* Willingness to travel within Lagos and surrounding areas as required by project demands.
