Job Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Affiliate & Programmatic Revenue Manager to join our team, responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to optimize affiliate and programmatic revenue streams. This key role will focus on analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of affiliate marketing, programmatic advertising, and revenue optimization, with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. As a critical member of our team, the Affiliate & Programmatic Revenue Manager will play a vital role in driving revenue growth, improving campaign performance, and expanding our reach in the digital market.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate and programmatic revenue strategies to drive business growth and expansion
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the affiliate and programmatic landscape
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align strategies and optimize revenue performance
* Manage and optimize affiliate and programmatic campaigns, including setup, targeting, bidding, and troubleshooting
* Analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve revenue growth and campaign efficiency
* Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, programmatic vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in affiliate and programmatic marketing, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
* Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to track revenue performance and campaign effectiveness

Requirements

* Proven experience in affiliate marketing, programmatic advertising, or a related field, with a strong understanding of revenue optimization and campaign management
* In-depth knowledge of affiliate networks, programmatic platforms, and ad exchanges, including their capabilities, strengths, and limitations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in using affiliate and programmatic marketing tools, including Google Ad Manager, Amazon Associates, and other industry-leading platforms
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong academic record and a passion for digital marketing
