Role: Customer Service Representative (Team Member)
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team in Ilorin. The successful candidates will support cinema operations, deliver excellent guest experiences, and uphold our service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Sell box office tickets, handle reservations, and respond to customer enquiries
Monitor and manage cash flow at the till, ensuring accuracy and preventing shortages
Guide guests to the correct entrances and exits, ensuring smooth movement within the cinema
Monitor and maintain guest flow, preventing congestion and ensuring an enjoyable cinema experience
Participate in briefings, meetings, and debriefs as directed by the Cinema Manager
Attend and engage in training sessions as required by Management and HR
Support efforts to increase concession (snacks & drinks) sales
Assist with the arrangement, cleaning, and general upkeep of designated areas within the cinema
Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates must have at least one of the following:
ND (National Diploma)
HND (Higher National Diploma)
BSc / BSE (Bachelor’s Degree)
Diploma
NCE (Nigerian Certificate in Education)
Age Requirement:
Applicants must be between 19 and 26 years old
