Job Overview

The Program Officer – Clinical will be responsible for the successful implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of clinical health programs. This position requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of public health principles, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and impact of our health interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement day-to-day program activities in line with project plans and objectives.
  • Monitor program progress, collect data, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, government entities, and health service providers.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to program teams and beneficiaries.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and challenges.
  • Contribute to program design, proposal development, and strategy refinement.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in international development or humanitarian contexts.
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical health programs and understanding of healthcare systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
