What the Aradel Internship Offers

The 2025/2026 Internship Program is designed to:

Give you hands-on on-the-job experience
Offer coaching and development support from industry experts
Provide real exposure to operations within the energy sector
Help you build relevant skills employers look for
Graduate interns spend up to 12 months, while undergraduate interns spend up to 6 months (or as required by the school).

Internship Tracks

Aradel offers two categories of internships.

1. Undergraduate Internship

This track is for students currently in a full-time university program.

Requirements:

Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program
Must be a 300 level or 400 level student in the 2025/2026 academic year
Must have school approval/authorization for the internship
Internship duration is 6 months or as stipulated by your university
2. Graduate Internship

This track is for fresh graduates who completed their degree not more than a year ago.

Requirements:

Must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
Must have minimum of Second-Class Upper (2:1)
HND holders must have Upper Credit
Must be a recent graduate (less than one year post-graduation)
Duration is up to 12 months (1 year)
Additional Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should also:

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Be eager to learn and adapt
Show initiative and problem-solving ability
For graduates, proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools is an added advantage.
