Job Overview

The Assistant Relationship Manager will provide comprehensive support to Relationship Managers in managing and growing a portfolio of commercial banking clients. You will be instrumental in understanding client needs, facilitating transactions, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Relationship Managers in client acquisition and onboarding processes.
  • Support the preparation of credit proposals and client presentations.
  • Monitor client portfolios, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Process client transactions and resolve any operational queries.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Understanding of commercial banking products and services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
