Job Overview

The Kiosk Sales Executive will be the frontline representative of Spectranet, responsible for driving sales and customer acquisition at our retail kiosks. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a passion for technology, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, ensuring potential customers understand and embrace Spectranet’s leading broadband offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with customers visiting Spectranet kiosks.
• Educate potential clients on Spectranet’s 4G LTE internet services, plans, and benefits.
• Effectively demonstrate product features and address customer inquiries.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized kiosk environment.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and customer support for new activations.
