Job Overview
The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to senior management and various departments. This role is essential to maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring seamless communication across the organization. The successful candidate will be a proactive professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor reception
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance
- Support project teams with administrative requirements
- Maintain filing systems and database records
- Arrange travel logistics and accommodation for staff
Requirements
- High school diploma; tertiary qualification preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
