Ronsberger Nigeria is seeking a dedicated and proactive Business Support Officer to play a pivotal role in strengthening our Health Insurance Management initiatives across Nigeria. You will be instrumental in building bridges between Ronsberger Nigeria and key stakeholders, thereby advancing the goal of universal health coverage.
Job Overview
The Business Support Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with government departments, organized private sector entities, self-employed individuals, and educational institutions. Your efforts will directly contribute to the expansion and effectiveness of our National Health Insurance Management program, ensuring the sustainable pooling of resources and the provision of quality healthcare to those in need.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to engage target stakeholders.
Cultivate and nurture productive working relationships with government officials and representatives.
Establish and maintain partnerships with organizations within the organized private sector.
Identify and engage with gainfully self-employed individuals to promote program enrollment.
Collaborate with educational institutions to foster health insurance awareness and uptake among students and staff.
Gather and analyze data related to stakeholder engagement and program performance.
Provide support for program implementation and operational activities.
Act as a liaison between Ronsberger Nigeria and external partners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership development, or business development.
Strong understanding of the Nigerian healthcare landscape and the principles of health insurance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of government structures and processes in Nigeria is an asset.
