Job Overview

The Medical Sales Representative will be instrumental in promoting and selling Chez Resources’ pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within a designated territory. This role requires a strategic approach to market penetration, relationship building, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize product penetration and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and efficacy of Chez Resources’ product portfolio.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives.
  • Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian pharmaceutical market and healthcare landscape.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory.
