Job Overview

The Tax and Audit Lead will be responsible for overseeing all tax-related matters and internal audit functions, ensuring adherence to Nigerian tax laws and financial regulations. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all tax filings and compliance with Nigerian tax authorities.
  • Conduct internal audits to assess financial controls and operational efficiency.

  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management.

  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is essential.
  • Proven experience in tax and audit within the Nigerian business environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and accounting standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial modeling.
