Job Overview

The Production Manager will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of our PET plastic recycling facility, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. This position requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of recycling processes, and the ability to manage a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all day-to-day production activities within the recycling facility.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet operational targets and client demands.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality control standards.
• Optimize production processes for maximum efficiency and waste reduction.
• Manage, train, and motivate the production team.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure operational readiness.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Generate production reports and analyze performance data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a production management role, preferably within the recycling or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of PET plastic recycling processes and technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in Nigeria.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
