Job Overview

The Storekeeper/Inventory Officer will be responsible for overseeing the receiving, stocking, and dispatching of all inventory at Onyx Beauty Hub. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate stock levels, preventing discrepancies, and ensuring that our luxury hair products are readily available for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse for efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Track and manage inventory levels using our inventory management system.
  • Prepare and pack orders for dispatch with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Identify and report any damaged or missing inventory promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the stockroom.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Storekeeper or Inventory Officer.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift and move moderate weight.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
