Job Overview

The Relationship Officer will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding our client and partner connections, ensuring continued growth and exceptional service delivery. This position requires a proactive individual with a keen understanding of relationship management within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and insurance brokers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive engagement.
  • Understand client needs and effectively communicate Leadway’s comprehensive insurance solutions.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and problem-solving between clients, brokers, and internal departments.
  • Represent Leadway Assurance professionally at industry events and meetings.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian financial services or insurance market is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
