Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our valued clients. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience from initial inquiry to service completion. You will play a vital part in managing customer interactions, scheduling services, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer all inbound calls, voicemails, and text messages promptly, with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Respond efficiently and effectively to customer emails and web inquiries.
• Schedule service estimates and diligently follow up with leads to facilitate conversion.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, manage reschedules, and maintain the customer query queue.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple communication channels simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
