Salary Range ₦120,000 to ₦170,000 per month
Job Overview for the Call Center Representative Job in Lagos The role is designed for registered nurses or qualified nursing graduates who can communicate clearly, provide basic medical direction, and coordinate effectively with internal departments and healthcare providers. You will help ensure patients receive accurate information and timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls from enrollees, hospitals, and partners
Provide health guidance according to company protocols
Assist customers with inquiries about healthcare access and services
Support coordination with clinics and medical providers
Work with the claims team in reviewing and processing requests
Maintain proper documentation of conversations and actions taken
Qualifications and Requirements BSc or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
Zero to one year post qualification experience. Background in call center or HMO operations is an advantage
Must have completed or be awaiting licensing from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria
Strong interest in healthcare administration
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and collaborate across teams
