Job Overview
The Zonal Team Lead will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and management of Ignite Energy Access operations within their assigned zone. This includes leading a team, ensuring project success, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and impact of the organization in Abu Dhabi and the wider region.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve zonal objectives aligned with Ignite's mission.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, team leadership, and operational oversight, preferably within the energy or development sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving ambitious targets.
- Excellent understanding of the renewable energy landscape and its challenges in emerging markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
