Job Overview
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing offer negotiations and onboarding. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build a strong pipeline of qualified professionals.Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define technical roles and identify key skill sets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Extend offers and negotiate compensation packages.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong understanding of various technical domains and common tech stacks.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
