Job Overview
The Technical Product Lead - AI Finance will be instrumental in defining and executing the product strategy for our AI-driven financial solutions. You will bridge the gap between advanced AI capabilities and user needs, ensuring our products are not only technically robust but also deliver tangible financial benefits and a seamless user experience.Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for AI-powered financial features, aligning with Bjak's overall mission.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver high-quality AI financial products.
- Translate complex AI concepts and data insights into user-friendly product functionalities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for AI innovation in finance.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration.
- Define key product metrics and track performance to ensure successful adoption and impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, with a strong focus on AI or machine learning products.
- Deep understanding of financial products and services.
- Experience working with data science and engineering teams on AI/ML initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
