Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Support Engineer to join our growing team. In this remote role, you will be the first line of defense for our users in the EMEA region, troubleshooting complex issues, and contributing to the overall success of the Supabase platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve user technical support inquiries via various channels (e.g., email, Slack, forums).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to Supabase's suite of services.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
- Create and maintain clear and concise documentation, FAQs, and tutorials.
