Job Overview
As the Superintendent Pharmacist, you will be responsible for the overall management and operational efficiency of our pharmacy services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining exceptional pharmaceutical standards.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Ensure adherence to all legal, ethical, and professional standards set by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize pharmacy services and patient safety.
- Manage and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Maintain accurate and complete pharmacy records.
- Engage with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care.
Requirements
- Qualified and registered pharmacist with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria.
- Current annual license issued by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria.
- Cognate years of experience in supervisory roles within a pharmacy setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and best practices.
