Job Overview
As a Structural Engineer in our Bridge Department, you will be responsible for the structural design, analysis, and supervision of bridge projects. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all structures meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structural analysis and design of bridge components using industry-standard software
- Prepare detailed design drawings, calculations, and technical specifications

- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers throughout project lifecycle
- Review construction materials and quality assurance documentation
- Prepare technical reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ensure adherence to Nigerian building codes and international engineering standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in bridge design and construction
- Professional Engineering registration (COREN) preferred
- Proficiency with structural analysis software (SAP2000, STAAD Pro, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of bridge engineering principles and practices
- Excellent communication and project management skills
