Job Overview
The Strategy Lead, Engagements & Partnerships will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic relationships and opportunities that align with Proten’s mission and growth objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional partnership-building acumen and a deep understanding of the human capital development sector.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for client engagement and partnership development.
- Identify and cultivate new strategic alliances with key stakeholders, including government agencies, corporate entities, and non-governmental organizations.
- Lead the negotiation and structuring of strategic partnerships and complex engagements.
- Analyze market trends and identify emerging opportunities for Proten's services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
- Represent Proten at high-level meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategy development, business development, or partnership management, preferably within the human capital development or consulting sector.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the African and European markets.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
