Job Overview
The Station Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Greenville LNG station, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, managing staff, optimizing sales performance, and maintaining excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership, excellent administrative skills, and a deep understanding of the energy sector.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational activities at the designated LNG station.
- Manage and develop station staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Implement and enforce stringent safety and environmental standards.
- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective strategies and customer engagement.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage operational expenses efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permits.
- Prepare and submit regular operational and financial reports.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- An Engineering background with extensive commercial experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in an administrative or sales role within FMCG, Logistics, CNG Stations, LPG Stations, or Tank farms.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of operational management and sales principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
