Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to support and facilitate the delivery of a comprehensive digital skills training program for 600 young Nigerians. This role is instrumental in executing a key corporate social responsibility initiative in partnership with Junior Achievement Nigeria (JAN), focusing on practical project management and digital skill enhancement. The program will be delivered through intensive 10-day bootcamps held in Ondo, Abuja, Rivers, and Kaduna.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on digital skills and project management methodologies.
- Facilitate interactive workshops and group activities to enhance participant learning and engagement.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to participants throughout the bootcamp.
- Assist in the logistical coordination and smooth execution of training sessions.
- Contribute to the assessment of participant progress and learning outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering training programs, particularly in digital skills or project management.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training content to diverse learning styles.
- Experience working with youth or in a capacity building environment is desirable.
