Job Overview
The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all technical aspects of road construction projects on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards. This role requires effective leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct all day-to-day on-site construction activities.
- Ensure the timely and efficient execution of road construction works.

- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for construction activities.
- Maintain accurate daily reports on site progress, labor, and materials.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer in road construction projects.

- Registered or eligible for registration with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) in Kenya.
