Job Overview
As a Senior Technical Account Manager at 1Password, you will be a trusted advisor to our enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our security solutions. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and strong customer relationship skills to drive adoption, resolve complex issues, and champion customer success.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise accounts.
- Proactively identify and address customer technical challenges, driving timely and effective resolutions.
- Educate customers on best practices and new features to maximize their utilization of 1Password.
- Conduct technical deep dives, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to advocate for customer needs and influence product roadmaps.
- Monitor customer health and proactively manage risk to ensure retention and growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Proven track record of managing complex enterprise customer relationships and driving technical adoption.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security concepts, identity and access management (IAM), and cloud technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
