Job Overview
The Senior Platform Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the robust and scalable infrastructure underlying ZetaChain's operations. This role demands a deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing, and infrastructure as code principles. You will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our platform.Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
- Implement and optimize monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.
- Champion infrastructure as code principles using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure-related issues.
- Collaborate with software engineers to optimize application performance and reliability.
- Ensure the security and compliance of our platform infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Extensive knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
