Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Deal Desk to join our growing sales operations team. In this strategic role, you will oversee deal structuring, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations for our enterprise clients. You will work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure deal profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships and accelerating our revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead deal desk operations and establish best practices for deal structuring and approval workflows
- Analyze complex deal scenarios and provide pricing recommendations that balance margin requirements with competitive positioning
- Negotiate contracts with enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and financial objectives
- Partner with sales leadership to develop strategies for high-value opportunities and challenging negotiations
- Monitor deal metrics, pipeline health, and pricing trends to inform strategic decisions
- Mentor and develop deal desk team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or related revenue-focused roles
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation and deal structuring in B2B software or SaaS environments
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across organizational levels
- Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
