Job Overview
The Senior Manager, Commercial Capabilities will be responsible for enhancing Juul Labs' commercial effectiveness by designing, implementing, and optimizing key capabilities that support our sales and marketing organizations. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial operations, a passion for driving performance, and the ability to collaborate across various functions.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance commercial team performance and effectiveness.
- Identify and champion best practices in sales enablement, customer engagement, and channel management.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve sales processes, tools, and training programs.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform commercial strategy.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment and execution of commercial plans.
- Measure and report on the impact of commercial capabilities initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, sales operations, or a related role within the consumer goods or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful commercial capabilities programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
