Job Overview
As Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide strategic legal guidance and support across all aspects of Playson's operations. You will be responsible for managing complex legal matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising senior management on commercial and legal implications of business decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel on B2B iGaming contracts, licensing, and regulatory matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and legal documentation
- Advise on regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Develop and implement legal strategies that support business growth
- Manage relationships with external counsel and legal service providers
- Support business development and commercial teams on legal risk assessment
- Stay current with evolving iGaming regulations and industry trends
Requirements
- Proven experience as Senior Legal Counsel with B2B iGaming expertise
- Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance frameworks
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
