Job Overview
As Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide strategic legal guidance and support across all aspects of Playson's operations. You will be responsible for managing complex legal matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising senior management on commercial and legal implications of business decisions. This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance legal risk with commercial objectives in a fast-paced iGaming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel on B2B iGaming contracts, licensing, and regulatory matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and legal documentation
- Advise on regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Develop and implement legal strategies that support business growth
- Manage relationships with external counsel and legal service providers
- Support business development and commercial teams on legal risk assessment

Requirements
- Proven experience as Senior Legal Counsel with B2B iGaming expertise
