As Senior GTM Engineering Analyst at MorrJobs, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer data, and competitive landscapes to inform our go-to-market strategies. You'll translate complex technical and business metrics into actionable insights that guide product positioning, pricing strategies, and sales enablement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain GTM metrics dashboards and analytics frameworks that track KPIs across sales, marketing, and product channels
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and market gaps
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to optimize go-to-market campaigns and customer acquisition strategies
- Build predictive models to forecast revenue impact and market penetration scenarios
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership to support strategic decision-making
- Design and execute A/B testing frameworks for GTM initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GTM analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical roles
- Advanced proficiency with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis
- Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales funnels, and revenue metrics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
