Job Overview
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for Total Data Limited. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver comprehensive HR and manpower solutions to clients across Nigeria, while maintaining and expanding our existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential client accounts
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to senior management
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Knowledge of HR and recruitment industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
