Job Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales of Animal Care's high-quality feeds and concentrates to livestock farmers and distributors across Nigeria. This role demands a strategic approach to market penetration, client relationship management, and achieving ambitious sales targets within the animal nutrition segment.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell animal feeds and concentrates.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Provide technical information and product demonstrations to potential and existing customers.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the agricultural sector, specifically with animal feeds or related products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian agricultural market and livestock production.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
