Job Overview
As Risk & Compliance Officer at Swift Consulting, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing robust risk management and compliance frameworks for our organization and client engagements. You will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices across all business operations, including HR Consulting, Facility Management, Health Insurance brokerage, and Education Consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures across all business units
- Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential compliance gaps
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Prepare compliance reports and provide recommendations to senior management
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and maintain documentation for audits
- Train staff on compliance requirements and risk management protocols

Requirements
