Malaria Consortium Nigeria is seeking a dedicated Research Project Manager to join our dynamic team committed to reducing malaria cases and deaths across Nigeria. Job Overview
The Research Project Manager will oversee research activities supporting Malaria Consortium's three major initiatives: SuNMaP, NetWorks, and MAPS. You will coordinate research design, implementation, monitoring, and reporting while ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives in technical support, capacity building, and health systems strengthening.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end research project execution and timelines
- Coordinate with Ministry of Health and partner organizations on research initiatives
- Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with research protocols
- Prepare technical reports and research documentation
- Support capacity building activities for research teams
- Liaise between stakeholders to ensure project alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in public health, epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years project management experience in health research
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with malaria control or infectious disease programs
