Job Overview

- Assist attorneys in all phases of commercial and business litigation matters.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis using various legal databases.
- Draft, review, and organize pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
- Manage case calendars, deadlines, and scheduling of depositions and court appearances.
- Organize and maintain case files, both physical and electronic.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Paralegal in commercial/business litigation.
- Proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with legal software and e-discovery platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.
