Job Overview
This role is critical to advancing Hopper's AI capabilities. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for HTS Assist, ensuring it delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives business value for our enterprise partners.Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for HTS Assist, focusing on customer-facing AI interactions.
- Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and user research to launch and iteration.
- Deeply understand customer needs and pain points within the travel industry to inform product development.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality AI-powered solutions.
- Analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and champion data-driven decision-making.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Conversational AI, NLP, and related technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on AI, ML, or Conversational AI products.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling complex, customer-facing products.
- Excellent understanding of user experience design principles and how they apply to AI interfaces.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
