Elastic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Product Manager to join our team and lead the strategy and development of our Agents and Context products within the Elasticsearch platform. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of how users interact with their data, leveraging cutting-edge AI and search capabilities to unlock new levels of insight and efficiency.Job Overview
As a Principal Product Manager, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Elastic's Agents and Context offerings. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver innovative solutions that empower our customers to find answers faster and make better decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Agents and Context.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and opportunities.

- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog.

Requirements
