Job Overview
The POS Technician will provide technical support and maintenance for point-of-sale systems deployed across our merchant network. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure optimal performance of all POS terminals and associated equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain POS terminals and peripheral devices
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults promptly
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Provide technical support to merchants and end-users
- Document all service calls and technical issues

Requirements
- Minimum B.Sc. or HND qualification
