Job Overview
We're seeking a strategic People Ops Manager to join our San Francisco-based team. You'll partner with leadership to build HR systems, policies, and programs that support our rapid growth while maintaining our startup culture and values. This role encompasses recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across all departments
- Develop and implement onboarding programs and employee development initiatives
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and offboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate personnel records
- Partner with leadership on compensation, benefits, and people strategy

Requirements
- 3+ years of People Operations or HR management experience
