This trainee position is designed to provide a foundational understanding of investment banking operations. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to various aspects of deal execution, financial analysis, and client advisory services within a regulated and fast-paced setting.
Programme Structure
- Assist in the preparation of financial models and valuation analyses.
- Support the origination and execution of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities.
- Prepare presentations and pitch books for client meetings.
- Contribute to due diligence processes and transaction documentation.
Eligibility
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
