Job Overview
The Human Capital Executive - Employee Relations will be responsible for developing and implementing effective employee relations strategies, policies, and programs. This role requires a proactive approach to conflict resolution, performance management support, and ensuring a fair and consistent application of HR policies and labor laws.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive employee relations strategies.
- Manage and resolve employee grievances and disputes effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to management on disciplinary actions and performance issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
- Promote a positive and harmonious work environment.
- Develop and deliver training on employee relations best practices.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in employee relations, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and employment legislation.
- Strong mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
