Job Overview
The Head, Office of the CPCO provides strategic leadership and operational excellence to the Chief People and Culture Officer, managing cross-functional initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, talent management, and people practices across all Foundation locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CPCO in developing and executing people strategy aligned with Foundation priorities
- Oversee human resources operations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness programs
- Foster inclusive workplace culture across all global hubs
- Manage special projects and strategic initiatives enhancing organizational capability
- Coordinate with leadership on change management and organizational development
- Ensure compliance with employment practices and policies globally
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years' experience in human resources, organizational development, or people operations
- Demonstrated experience managing global or multi-location operations
- Strong strategic thinking and project management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of nonprofit sector and international development preferred
