Job Overview
As a GTM Engineer at Boulevard, you will own the technical strategy and execution of our go-to-market initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions that accelerate customer onboarding, improve product adoption, and strengthen our competitive positioning. This role reports directly to our GTM leadership and offers significant influence over Boulevard's trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions that support customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to identify technical barriers to growth
- Develop integration frameworks and APIs that enhance customer implementation speed
- Create dashboards and analytics tools to measure GTM effectiveness and customer outcomes
- Lead technical enablement initiatives and documentation for customer-facing teams
- Optimize product onboarding flows and reduce time-to-value for new customers
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with GTM or customer-focused exposure
- Strong proficiency in backend systems, APIs, and database architecture
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills
- Understanding of SaaS business models and customer success metrics
