- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or HND from a recognized polytechnic with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or HND Upper Credit
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) with 0–2 years post-NYSC work experience
- Relevant professional qualifications or certifications will be an added advantage
