Job Overview
The Finance Reporting Associate will be instrumental in supporting the financial reporting functions of 10Alytics. This role involves preparing, analyzing, and disseminating financial information to internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various departments to maintain financial integrity and compliance.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Analyze financial data and identify trends and variances.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, tax, or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books is an advantage.
