Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Customer Solution Architects, setting performance standards and fostering growth
- Collaborate with customers to design scalable Postgres-based solutions aligned with their business objectives
- Ensure successful implementation of Supabase services including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, and Realtime
- Develop technical strategies for complex customer challenges and architectural decisions
- Maintain engagement with key AMER accounts and support sales-to-success transitions
- Establish best practices and documentation standards across the team

- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in customer-facing environments
