Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic vision for the Federal Medical Centre.
• Oversee all clinical, administrative, and financial operations.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered healthcare services.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the hospital's capabilities and reach.
• Foster a collaborative and professional working environment for all staff.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including government agencies, professional bodies, and the community.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
• Drive initiatives for continuous quality improvement and patient safety.
• Oversee the efficient allocation and utilization of resources.

Requirements

• A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
• Fellowship of a recognized postgraduate medical college.
• Current registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
• A minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience in medical practice.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a significant administrative or leadership role within a hospital setting.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial management, and human resource management.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare policy and best practices.
