Requirements
- A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- Fellowship of a recognized postgraduate medical college.
- Current registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- A minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience in medical practice.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a significant administrative or leadership role within a hospital setting.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial management, and human resource management.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare policy and best practices.
