Job Overview
The CEO will be responsible for setting the overall vision and strategy for BJAK's AI Finance arm, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring profitable growth. This executive will champion the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI technologies within the financial sector.Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for BJAK's AI Finance initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of AI engineers, data scientists, and financial experts.
- Drive product development and innovation in AI-driven financial products and services.
- Establish and maintain key partnerships within the financial technology ecosystem.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation for the AI Finance division.
